Order Changes

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement. After that, all orders go into production and cannot be modified.

Shipping Policy

At Deltashades.com, we prioritize the safe and secure transport of your items. From the time you place your order, our dedicated team works to ensure a seamless delivery process with an estimated ship date of 10 to 14 business days after an order processing.
  • Cost: Free Standard Shipping
  • Coverage: Available to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • We do not ship to any Overseas/International addresses.
  • We do not ship to any PO boxes, APO or FPO.

If you provided the wrong measurements, we cannot resolve the issue.  Please refer to our measurement guide and worksheet to avoid making mistakes.

Limited Warranty Coverage

We offer a tiered warranty to protect your investment:
  • Mechanical System: 2-Year Limited Warranty on internal mechanical systems
  • Motorized System: 2-Year Limited Warranty on motors, remotes, and hubs.

What is Not Covered

  • Incorrect measurements inputted by customer.
  • Alterations or repairs not authorized by Deltashades.com.
  • Color variations due to screen resolution or fabric dye lot differences.
  • Normal wear and tear (fading, fraying over time).
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation.
  • Natural disasters (fire, flood, etc.).

Missing or Broken Parts

If your order arrives with missing or broken parts:
  • Contact us within 7 days. While this is the general policy, we know that we can miss things and we will work with you to make it right.
  • We will ship replacement or missing parts at no cost.
  • For rare cases of extensive issues, we may remake or replace the product.

Shipping Damage

  • If an order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Depending on the extent, items may be:
    • Replaced entirely if beyond repair.
    • Returned for repair if we can restore to new condition.

Customer Damage

While our warranty does not cover damage resulting from customer actions, we encourage you to contact us for assistance with replacements or repair guidance.Examples of damage not covered include:
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or incorrect installation.
  • Issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs.

Normal Wear & Tear

Window treatments will naturally show signs of aging over time, which we define as normal wear and tear.These conditions are not eligible for warranty coverage:
  • Fading of materials
  • Fraying edges
  • Gradual changes in the operation of the mechanism

Repairs

If a product becomes damaged after delivery:
  • Minor Issues (ex. broken parts): Contact us and send to us for repair.
  • Major Issues (ex. irreparable damage): Replacement may be required. We will guide you through the best option.
